Why we're doing this.

According to the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness an estimated 3 million americans of all races, ages, and genders suffer from celiac. That means   1 in 133 Americans have celiac disease, and with the population of Manhattan being  53,678 that means that just a little over 400 local Manhattan residents suffer from this disease. It is time as a community we come together and help our neighbors, friends, and loved ones find solutions and options when it comes to there diets, and living a gluten free lifestyle.

Our mission is simple, we want to help those who are affected by the disease.

Thinking about going gluten free in Manhattan?

Then you've come to the right place!
